Cooperative Companies
In a cooperative, the employees own the company. Everyone in the company is equal and all members put the same amount of capital into the company. They are often social enterprises trying to provide better products for customers and a better livelihood for their owners. Llaeth Cymreig (Welsh Milk) is an example of such a company.
