Creating and interpret graphs using spreadsheets
If the data is in spreadsheet format (Excel or similar) it is easy to create graphs with the data. However, it is important to choose the graph that displays the data in the most effective way.

Presentations and report writing
Presentations and reports are methods of delivering data verbally or in writing. In presentation and reports, the data will need to be presented in a way that is easy for people to understand. Programs like PowerPoint or Prezi can be used to create effective presentations.
