Leadership

It could be argued that leaders have very different characteristics.

Leaders are often said to be people who can inspire others to follow them and get things done. Inspiration makes people feel like they want to do something and maybe, more importantly, that they can do it. They motivate and energise people to want to achieve by taking them on the same journey.

They also have a vision, that is, they can see the direction they want the business to go and can see the best path to get there.

They are able to influence stakeholders, the people affected by the business, to believe in what they want to achieve.
